I tried the class taught by Gerald, who was attentive, professional, and really hyped up the class! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing workout experience.

I tried the Stretch 55 with Andre, he’s a nice and patient instructor, will correct your moves and it really gave me a good stretch. Suitable for beginners whereas at other gyms I was more focused on the Strength reformers. Overall it was a posh and chic studio, totally loved the aesthetics, still vs sparkling water and the Aesop shower accessories. It is also conveniently located near Telok Ayer / Raffles Place mrt, so even if it’s raining you would have shelter all the way (from Telok Ayer mrt) to the studio.
Frankly was very impressed by the vibe, decor, and staff friendliness. It really didn’t feel like we just entered a spin studio - more like a luxurious spa retreat or something. The studio was also decorated with all the high-end figurines, furnitures, accessories, etc. You’ll even find Aesop products in the washroom. Staff was very friendly and let us change the bike seats even though we booked through ClassPass.
In terms of the class itself, we booked the beginner class since the timing suited our schedule the most, so we had no expectations. The instructor was Jasper, and his class was fun. Jasper was very energetic with exciting movements.
Came here for a short coffee and this is really a hidden gem in the middle of Downtown! Not only is it a delicious coffee shop, it also has spin classes and an absolutely BEAUTIFUL toilet! General feels and vibes of this place is just classy! My colleagues will come here to escape the hustling and bustling of the corporate life and get a good space to work and think!
Like many other reviews mentioned, came 4min instead of 5min earlier for the first timer intro and couldn't join my friends for class, got a credit. The "intro" was signing a disclaimer form which took 2min.... Pretty rigid rules.
Did pilates for the first time ever and our instructor Janet was really friendly, warm, and encouraging. Studio is also nice and clean. Highly recommend!
Toilets are also amazing with fancy toiletries and high tech toilet bowls lol. Great place to shower and chill after your sesh :)
I really love the whole ambience of the studio - the reception area, the toilet, the still & sparkling water dispenser etc. were all amazing!
Only here for the reformer classes and honestly it’s been very good. Been to classes by Tiffany, Candice & Janet - They were all extremely professional and engaging. Routines is different everyday and is challenging.
However, I do agree that classes are difficult to book. App and website tend to get glitchy -> I have been signed out/reservation page unable to load/class shows a few available slots but are unbookable and unable to join waitlist. I do hope the Ally team can look into these glitches.
But overall really good experience. Will continue to be here!~
My friend arrived Basically it is 1 minute late according to their policy ( 4 minutes before the class start ) Then she is not allowed to her in. If that is the rule , then all class pass member studio should have this rule, as end users, we can’t be tracking each studio rules . And they will mark it absence due for class pass , and we will have to pay for the class pass app.
The goal is to make people exercise , not turn people away when clearly there was enough time to get in. Makes no sense!
Summary: “fancy” design studio trying to make quick money at downtown. Vanity and greed over take real purpose.
